What we collect
Account details (name, email); photos you upload; renders and quotes you create; and, when a homeowner uses your “See your home at night” widget or preview, the email and photo they submit.
How we use it
To generate renders, build and share proposals, capture and show you leads, send you transactional notifications (such as when a homeowner accepts a design), and improve the Service.
Service providers
We share data only as needed with infrastructure providers that power BrightBid: Supabase (database, storage, auth), fal.ai (AI image rendering), Anthropic (AI captioning, catalog extraction, and fixture detection), Postmark (transactional email), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on our contact form), and Wisetack (financing links). We do not sell your data.
Homeowner data
If you capture homeowner emails through BrightBid, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them. We process that data on your behalf to deliver the lead to you.
Retention
We keep your content while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to make a request.
